Key Responsibilities
- Study existing production workflows to understand current quality control limitations
- Design and test a feedback mechanism that automatically detects screwdriver activation
- Integrate hardware signals with software logic to reduce manual intervention
- Improve vision inspection accuracy by creating machine-specific inspection profiles
- Modify inspection software to automatically select the correct profile during production
- Test, validate, and fine-tune solutions to reduce false quality failures
- Document findings, system logic, and improvement outcomes for the team
Requirements
- Diploma student in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of electrical connections and components
- Comfortable handling and testing hardware systems
- Curious about automation, inspection systems, and manufacturing technology
- Willing to learn, experiment, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Able to work independently while collaborating with engineers
