Key Responsibilities
- Prepare experimental flavor samples under guidance from senior flavorists.
- Conduct tasting sessions and record sensory evaluations accurately.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, measurements, and sample observations.
- Organize and monitor laboratory inventory, ensuring proper storage and shelf-life compliance.
- Support daily laboratory operations, upholding safety and quality standards.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and lab-related administrative tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the flavor development process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in a lab or flavor-related role.
- Basic understanding of lab procedures, safety, and housekeeping.
- Comfortable using MS Office, SAP, and spreadsheet tools like VLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good sense of taste and smell with a curiosity for flavor creation.
- Willingness to complete the full Flavorist School training program.
