Overview
This internship sits within PwC Singapore’s Tax Product Innovation team, where technology, process improvement, and tax expertise come together. As a Tax Innovation Intern, you will support client-facing tax compliance work while also contributing to digital transformation and change initiatives across the tax practice. You will work closely with seniors and managers on real projects that improve how tax services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of client reports, proposals, and tax-related documentation
- Track project deliverables and update team leads on progress and risks
- Assist with change and transformation projects by analysing process and stakeholder impact
- Help design communication materials for digital and technology initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams on tax technology risk assessments
- Support training initiatives by helping develop learning materials and schedules
- Assist with managing digital service requests and escalating complex issues when needed
Requirements
- Currently studying Accountancy, Business, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic digital tools
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes
- Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under deadlines
