What You'll Get Out of This Role
· Design and implement state-of-the-art generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) for real-world financial and knowledge management applications.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models and architectures for text, code, and data generation tasks.
· Fine-tune foundation models and implement robust prompt engineering frameworks to meet specific business use cases.
· Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
· Implement safeguards, controls, and evaluation metrics to ensure the quality and ethical use of AI-generated content.
· Stay abreast of rapid developments in the field and incorporate emerging best practices and technologies.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process transformation.
Requirements
· A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
· Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
· Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and an understanding of transformer architectures.
· Experience in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and familiarity with MLOps practices.
· Knowledge of responsible AI principles, ethical considerations, and API development.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
· A self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
