Overview

Micron Technology is offering an internship for a Global Procurement Should Cost Analyst to join their team in driving analytics and data-driven decision-making for procurement and cost management. This role provides exposure to global sourcing, supply chain analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support cost-down strategies and business workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide actionable solutions.
Support business teams to ensure implemented solutions meet workflow requirements.
Deliver reporting solutions using BI tools, SAP Hana/Business Objects, Cleansheet, Tableau, or Power BI.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of solutions and technical support during testing and deployment.
Develop self-service analytics and reporting tools for use by stakeholders.
Monitor key metrics, evaluate category market trends, and analyze supply/demand challenges.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Available to commit to a 6-month internship.
Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with data and reporting tools: Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI, SharePoint.
Ability to work with small, big, structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team-oriented.
