Wise is seeking a Cards Billing Operations Analyst to join our Singapore team, focusing on the integrity and optimization of card payment operations. You’ll manage complex fee structures for Visa and Mastercard, oversee daily billing processes, and provide strategic insights through data analysis to support operational excellence. This role bridges operational accuracy with business intelligence to drive smarter financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile card scheme fees and invoices against internal records to ensure accurate billing
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor fee structures, incentives, and billing performance
Analyse fee data to detect discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide clear insights to stakeholders
Apply knowledge of Visa and Mastercard fee structures to implement proactive billing controls
Manage and process incentive programs in line with scheme rules and contractual agreements
Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits on card operations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to drive actionable outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in card billing, payments, or financial operations in fintech or financial services
Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard fee structures and payment operations
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and identify trends
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in financial processes
Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive problem-solver who can prioritize tasks based on impact
