Key Responsibilities
- Support underwriting of new and renewal marine insurance policies within agreed guidelines.
- Analyze account performance, including loss ratios, to support pricing and risk decisions.
- Assist with preparing policy documents, endorsements, and billing to ensure timely service.
- Review insurance contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track portfolio performance against targets using reports and internal tools.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers and internal teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve products, processes, and customer solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to two years of working experience.
- Strong interest in insurance, risk management, or financial services.
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
