Key Responsibilities
- Support UX/UI and AI transformation projects, including design, prototyping, and research.
- Conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Assist in workshops and co-creation sessions to define user journeys and experience maps.
- Iterate system and interface designs based on research findings and stakeholder feedback.
- Contribute to global design systems, style guides, and UX best practices.
- Help facilitate AI tool adoption and digital Kaizen initiatives across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to identify gaps and opportunities in digital transformation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about AI and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Suite.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to commit to a 6–8 month full-time internship.
