Overview
Join Google’s User Experience (UX) team in Singapore as a UX Design Intern and help shape how millions of users interact with Google Pay and other payment solutions. You’ll work alongside designers, engineers, and product managers to turn user insights into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and identify pain points.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that improve user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement design solutions.
- Apply UX principles, accessibility standards, and visual design best practices.
- Support usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Contribute to creating decks, illustrations, and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Learn and apply typography, color theory, layout, and composition in product design.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX, HCI, or related fields.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and research methods.
- Strong visual communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
