About the Team
TikTok’s Live Platform Intelligence team is dedicated to optimizing live streaming experiences for creators and viewers worldwide. Using model-driven and data-driven approaches, the team focuses on improving key business metrics such as revenue, engagement, and content quality. You will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale distributed systems, machine learning, and cutting-edge AI applications in a high-growth, global platform.
What You Will Do
- Build and implement machine learning models to improve live streaming efficiency and user experience.
- Work with large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and image/video generation models tailored to TikTok Live scenarios.
- Analyze live streaming data to identify anomalies, optimize operations, and support automated intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable features for creators and operators.
- Apply model-driven solutions to enhance revenue, content quality, and user engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and mathematics skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-quality domain publications or research in AI/ML.
- Passion for live streaming technology and innovative digital experiences.
