UOB’s Innovation Group is looking for a driven Graduate Trainee who wants to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and transformation. In this role, you’ll support innovation projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help the bank evaluate emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Track and document progress across multiple innovation projects to keep teams aligned and informed
- Gather, analyse, and visualise data to support decision-making and performance reporting
- Maintain and enhance dashboards, trackers, and project monitoring tools
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support collaboration efforts
- Prepare slides, summaries, and meeting materials for leadership and project reviews
- Assist in planning and running workshops, training sessions, and internal events
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI, or similar
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical platforms (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Curious about innovation, emerging tech, and digital transformation
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Eager to learn and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
