Overview
Join the Private Sales team at Moët Hennessy Singapore, where luxury, client experience, and craftsmanship come together. As a Private Sales Intern, you’ll support high-touch events, client engagement activities, and sales operations for some of the world’s most iconic wine and spirit houses. This role offers hands-on exposure to premium brand experiences and behind-the-scenes event execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate premium client events, from planning logistics to on-site execution
- Support Maison visits, wine tours, restaurant bookings, and transport arrangements
- Prepare event materials, collateral, and product presentation assets
- Assist with seasonal gifting workflows and liaising with vendors
- Maintain stock lists, product catalogs, and sales documentation
- Help process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tracking
- Conduct market research on pricing, competitor activity, and category trends
- Assist with marketing activities and product launch preparation
Requirements
- Currently studying business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office for planning and documentation
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Creative, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under time pressure
- English fluency required; Chinese proficiency is a bonus
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months starting January 2026
