Overview

- Support go-live activities and troubleshoot early-stage production issues
- Assist in mapping and preparing additional housing processes for future onboarding
- Monitor feedback from officers and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience
Requirements
- Available between May and August 2026
- Studying Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar fields
- Comfortable learning new systems and understanding workflow logic
- Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
- Interested in product work, public sector systems, or digital transformation
- Able to work independently and manage multiple small tasks
