Overview
Join BlackRock’s Client Experience (CX) Organization, where our mission is to make it easier for clients to do business with us—delivering service so simple it becomes a source of alpha. The Client & Product Implementation team manages the onboarding, change, and termination activities for client portfolios and BlackRock products across the APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on project management experience, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless client onboarding and portfolio changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage new launches and change events with internal teams and external partners.
- Partner with sales, client service, and product teams to deliver clear, efficient onboarding experiences.
- Review activity dashboards and manage tasks associated with client onboarding and portfolio changes.
- Perform critical control functions, ensuring proper sign-offs and adherence to service level agreements.
- Identify process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the enhancement of policies, procedures, and controls.
- Mentor and support team members, helping prioritize workloads and build skills.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in asset management, banking, or related fields.
- Fluency in Japanese and/or Mandarin is an advantage; experience with trust banks is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general IT skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
