Key Responsibilities
- Collect, collate, and analyze user requirements from business and risk teams.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and end-to-end system designs.
- Perform impact assessments and ensure system and technical designs meet market risk requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, simulation, and live verification tests.
- Support project timelines and ensure enhancements meet agreed deliverables.
- Provide ongoing BAU support, including data extraction, sourcing, and analysis related to Market and Liquidity Risk data stores.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Banking, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with SQL and Excel; basic understanding of Python, MongoDB, and QlikView is a plus.
- Interest in Market Risk, financial systems, and bridging business and technology.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
