Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client information, contracts, agreements, and prepare reports or presentations
- Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients for smooth communication
- Process transactions, manage expense reports, and handle routine requests to free up relationship managers’ time
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news to support informed advice
- Analyze client portfolios and provide insights to guide recommendations
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, responding to client inquiries promptly
- Support planning and execution of complex client projects, managing timelines and resources
- Guide clients on account openings, product usage, and day-to-day banking needs while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in private banking or similar roles
- CACS 1 & 2 certified
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail in all tasks
- Legal right to work in Singapore; MAS-regulated role compliance
