This internship offers hands-on consulting experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment surrounded by industry experts.
What You Will Do
- Follow structured project delivery plans and contribute accurate, high-quality work to support consulting engagements.
- Assist with facilitation of client meetings and workshops.
- Support client deliverables through analysis in Excel, project planning, and clear content creation (especially PowerPoint).
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and vendors as a reliable point of contact.
- Participate in Alpha’s internal initiatives across practice areas or business management.
- Keep a high-level understanding of industry challenges affecting the AWM sector.
Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
- Final or penultimate-year undergraduate preferred.
- Strong academic performance (GPA 3.5/4.0 or equivalent).
- Adaptive, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Motivated, sociable, and eager to contribute in a dynamic consultancy environment.
- Able to commit to a minimum 12-week internship.
