Key Responsibilities

Support brokers by ensuring accurate and timely entry of trades into internal systems
Track live market movements and update pricing boards used during client interactions
Assist in analysing market shifts to spot potential opportunities
Resolve trade issues by coordinating with internal teams and external parties
Prepare daily summaries, records, and desk updates to support smooth workflow
Communicate with clients to understand needs and maintain strong relationships
Help onboard new clients by coordinating with the compliance and onboarding teams
Contribute to desk improvement projects, including tools, processes, or data workflows

Requirements

Strong interest in financial markets, especially energy or commodities
Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
