Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist merchants with product or service issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize support workflows.
- Document and maintain process and technical operations standards.
- Contribute to developing and improving tools, systems, and support procedures.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of FOMO Pay’s products and services to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Chinese.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks effectively.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Capable of multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
