Key Responsibilities

Assist brokers by ensuring trade details are recorded accurately and promptly
Monitor market movements and update internal boards with live data
Support opportunity identification by analysing pricing and market shifts
Help resolve trade discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and clients
Prepare daily trade summaries and market updates for the desk
Provide real-time quotes through messaging systems to traders
Assist with client-related tasks, including relationship support and research
Contribute to small projects that improve desk efficiency and workflows
