Overview
UOB is looking for a Banking & Corporate Finance Intern to support client research, financial analysis, and preparation of business materials that inform key decision-making. You’ll work closely with front-office teams to evaluate potential clients, assist in deal preparation, and contribute to the development of internal and external presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence research to support assessments of prospective clients and opportunities
- Assist in analysing financial statements and key metrics to support deal evaluation
- Help prepare pitchbooks, presentation decks, and other marketing materials for client meetings
- Contribute to management reports and internal updates for senior stakeholders
- Gather market information and synthesise insights to support team strategy
- Maintain organised documentation to ensure smooth execution of research and reporting workflows
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with numbers and analysing financial information
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Able to design clear, well-structured presentation materials
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in banking, corporate finance, or client advisory work
