Join #TeamCPF as a Youth Engagement Intern and help shape the FLEX initiative, a cutting-edge onboarding programme for young professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital content creation, interactive learning, and community engagement while supporting a national effort to educate and empower CPF members. This role offers exposure to strategic communications, programme planning, and partnership-building across both local and international networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce content for direct mailers, newsletters, and resource articles targeting young professionals
- Design infographics, interactive slideshows, and polls to boost engagement and simplify complex information
- Assist in planning and executing FLEX Academy workshops and other experiential learning sessions
- Support outreach initiatives by liaising with community partners and volunteer networks
- Track audience engagement and provide feedback to improve content effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and quality standards
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance FLEX programme materials and activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications or a related field
- Basic experience with digital content creation tools
- Understanding of young professional audiences and their preferences
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling
- Strong writing, editing, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively
