Overview
Standard Chartered is inviting motivated apprentices to join its Priority Banking Apprenticeship Programme, a 12-month structured learning journey within the Wealth and Retail Banking division. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to client-facing roles, segment proposition development, and operational analytics, rotating across teams to understand how affluent client services are delivered and managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Priority Relationship Managers with client interactions, sales support, and portfolio management.
- Contribute to segment proposition initiatives by analyzing client needs and supporting product enhancements.
- Support operational coordination and management reporting for onshore central teams.
- Collect and analyze data to drive insights for business decisions and performance tracking.
- Participate in two 6-month rotations with meaningful project ownership and skill development.
- Engage in professional skills training, workshops, and thought leadership events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and improve client experiences.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma graduates with less than 2 years of work experience.
- Legal right to work in Singapore.
- Interest in banking, finance, and wealth management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with accountability.
- Professional communication, empathy, and sound judgment.
