Overview
Join #TeamCPF as a Data Analytics Intern, where you’ll help improve service delivery for over 4 million members. You will work with the Service Centre Department to analyse customer behaviour, workforce patterns, and operational data, turning insights into initiatives that enhance customer experiences and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer interaction patterns and service demand trends to inform business decisions.

- Work with internal stakeholders to plan and implement initiatives improving service delivery.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data and eagerness to learn analytics and project management concepts.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible problem-solving approach and adaptability to changing project needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and learn on the job.
