Overview
Join Coty as a Finance Intern in the Travel Retail Finance function and gain practical exposure to financial planning, reporting, and analysis in the fast-paced beauty and duty-free industry. Key Responsibilities
- Support Capex PR/PO requests from initial budget top-up to PO creation and maintain the Capex tracker
- Assist with ad-hoc PR/PO creation and vendor master updates
- Help manage and track budgets under the guidance of the Brand Finance Controller
- Prepare financial reports and business updates, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Coordinate price approval tracking and prepare price change reports for compliance
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to financial and market analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple markets to deliver accurate insights
Requirements
- Able to commit full-time for at least 6 months (July–December 2024)
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Interest in consumer goods, beauty, and luxury sectors
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
