Overview
Join The Walt Disney Company as a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Intern and support campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention for Disney+ across Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. You’ll help plan, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and creative partners to enhance subscriber experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app channels
- Support development and maintenance of marketing calendars
- Brief agencies on campaign copy and creative requirements
- Analyse campaign results and provide insights for future optimisation
- Assist in ideation and rollout of automated campaigns with regional lifecycle leads
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Champion creative approaches to customer engagement and retention
- Support test-and-learn initiatives to generate actionable insights
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields
- Basic understanding of marketing and subscription business is a plus
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
- Creative, solution-focused, and proactive in approach
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills
