Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment by arranging interviews, preparing documents, and assisting with onboarding
- Help manage offboarding procedures to ensure smooth and complete exit processes
- Input new hire information into HR systems and maintain accurate employee files
- Assist in planning and coordinating career fairs and other HR-led events
- Manage training administration, including grant applications and attendance tracking
- Support foreign work pass processes such as applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Draft simple EDMs and visual materials to communicate HR announcements
- Liaise with vendors for HR events and external activities
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects that enhance employee experience
Requirements
- Studying or holding a Diploma/Degree in HR or Business-related fields
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
- Enjoys working with people and has an interest in HR
- Careful, organised, and able to manage details well
- Can commit to at least a 6-month internship
