Overview
Join CPF Board’s Corporate Digital Applications Department (CDD), where you’ll help build and improve the digital systems that support millions of Singaporeans. This internship blends hands-on technical work with meaningful public impact, giving you the chance to shape tools used for member services, operations, and staff productivity. What You’ll Do
- Support and enhance the Board’s AWS-based contact centre platform by managing daily operations, configurations, and performance checks.
- Build and refine technical features using AWS Contact Centre tools, APIs, and integrations, while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, improve system usability, and understand real operational needs.
- Assist with testing, deployments, and health checks to ensure stable, efficient digital services for the public.
- Contribute to department projects and knowledge-sharing sessions that help you grow professionally in a real production environment.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts; prior exposure to AWS or contact centre technologies is a bonus.
- Comfortable with Python or C# .NET, and interested in learning API integration.
- A logical problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how systems work and how to improve them.
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical ideas simply.
- Independent, proactive and able to collaborate well with teammates.
This is a full-time internship from January 2026 to June 2026.
