Overview
Keppel is a global asset manager and operator shaping sustainable solutions across energy, environment, urban development, and digital connectivity. As part of the IT Shared Services Centre, this internship offers a behind-the-scenes view of how enterprise systems are managed, improved, and kept compliant across a large multinational organisation. You’ll work with teams around the world, support core business applications, and gain practical exposure to IT service management in a real corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
- Review existing SAP and application support processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
- Assist with compliance activities, including annual audits and documentation updates.
- Support weekly AMS reporting by tracking ticket aging, performance metrics, and open issues.
- Handle minor service requests, respond to user queries, and deliver a positive customer experience using established SOPs.
- Coordinate user access reviews across applications and learn how access controls are designed and managed.
- Participate in SIT cycles and help plan or coordinate UAT for system enhancements and new features.
- Provide support to global teams, including facilitating discussions with Mandarin-speaking users when needed.
What You’ll Learn

What You Should Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business IT, or IT Security.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to stay organised, manage deadlines, and work independently when required.
- Familiarity with SAP, Concur, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, .NET, K2, intranet systems, or cloud infrastructure will be an advantage.
