Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent in-flight service to ensure passenger comfort and safety
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism on every flight
- Handle passenger queries and emergencies with calm and confidence
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during flights
- Work closely with fellow crew to create a seamless travel experience

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old (legally required)
- - Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and service-minded personality
- Minimum height of 1.58m (female) or 1.65m (male) to meet safety standards
- At least 5 SPM or GCE ‘O’ Level credits including English (Higher Nitec and above also accepted)
- Able to start work within 3 months of application
