Join Singtel’s Finance Digital Office as a Digital Automation Intern and help drive the transformation of finance through technology. You’ll be part of a technical team that focuses on streamlining processes, introducing AI capabilities, and supporting finance users as they adopt new digital tools. This role is ideal for students who want to see how automation and AI come to life in a real corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related AI features.
- Work closely with finance teams to understand business challenges, evaluate automation opportunities, and co-develop proof-of-concepts.
- Assist in the end-to-end rollout of RPA/AI solutions—from idea validation to deployment—ensuring accuracy, usability, and smooth adoption.
- Translate functional requirements into simple, structured documents that help technical and non-technical teams stay aligned.
- Contribute to ongoing digitalisation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
What You’ll Need
- Pursuing a diploma or degree, preferably in STEM or Finance-related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down problems logically.
- Clear communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enjoys teamwork and takes initiative in collaborative settings.
- Able to commit full-time for 4–6 months.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a bonus but not required.
