What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end management of sales chatbot conversation flows by troubleshooting issues, refining prompts and coordinating updates with the technical team.
- Analyse user behaviour, chat performance and sales outcomes to uncover insights that improve engagement and drive higher conversions.
- Work with product owners, sales teams and other stakeholders to identify new chatbot use cases, refine existing journeys, and streamline decision flows.
- Use data to flag opportunities for new features or improvements, preparing clear briefs that enable the tech team to implement enhancements effectively.
- Assist in project coordination, documentation and testing to ensure smooth deployment of chatbot updates and a strong customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently studying for a university degree.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word for analyses and presentations.
- Curious about digital sales, customer experience design, or AI-driven chatbot technologies.
- Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, analytical and able to manage several tasks at once.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for solving problems independently.
