Key Responsibilities
· Support a Technical Program Manager (TPM) lead in planning, tracking, and reporting on key technology initiatives.
· Assist in maintaining tech governance by helping to update policies and monitor adherence across teams.
· Contribute to procurement and vendor management processes by engaging with internal tech stakeholders.
· Help analyze data and generate insights to support org-wide or tech-wide strategic planning exercises.
· Own documentation and organization of key project information and processes.
· Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions within assigned project areas.
Requirements
· A strong, genuine passion for technology and its strategic application.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; a background in process design or coding is a plus.
· Foundational skills in data analysis and the ability to derive clear insights.
· Basic understanding of project or program management principles.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to documentation.
· A high degree of ownership, proactiveness, and comfort working independently with light guidance.
· Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and drive projects forward.
