Key Responsibilities
· Assist in coordinating regional campaign assets, including email campaigns, microsites, and performance reports to support lead generation goals.
· Help manage the content calendar, create copy and graphics, and schedule posts for amplification on LinkedIn and search platforms.
· Support the execution of thought leadership events and series, managing online registrations, booth assets, and social media coverage.
· Coordinate the submission and internal promotion of product marketing content and initiatives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content for campaigns, whitepapers, and external awards submissions.
· Assist in managing selected awards programs and amplifying client case studies and win announcements.
· Support the team in budget tracking and management to ensure effective resource utilization.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· A strong interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and B2B communications.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software.
· Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· A proactive, detail-oriented mindset capable of managing multiple tasks.
· Basic understanding of events management or budget processes is a plus.
