Overview
This internship offers the chance to work inside the digital backbone of Tiffany & Co., supporting IT operations across the South Asia Pacific region. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to enterprise systems, luxury retail technology, omnichannel processes, and cross-functional project work within a world-class global brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering by attending discussions with business teams and subject experts
- Assist with testing and quality checks to ensure systems meet business needs
- Help create training guides and coordinate rollout support with users
- Review current and future workflows, offering insights on process impacts and system changes
- Work with Global IT teams to track deployments and retail-focused digital projects
- Maintain clear documentation such as use cases, functional notes, and presentation materials
- Track project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with regional teams to refine omnichannel processes and in-store technologies
- Monitor application issues, help with basic troubleshooting, and escalate tickets when needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree
- Interest in retail tech, digital systems, business processes, or project management
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good communication skills and comfort working with diverse teams
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to commit full-time for at least six months
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
