Micron is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers through the *WSG Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT)* program. As a trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers in a high-tech semiconductor environment, gaining first-hand exposure to how advanced memory and storage products are made — no technical background required.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn how manufacturing steps influence product performance and quality

- - Analyze basic production data and present findings to the team

Requirements
- Graduated with a Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec from a local institution
- Open to all academic backgrounds – no prior engineering experience needed
- Curious and eager to learn new technical concepts
- Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
