Overview
Keppel is seeking an IT Applications Intern to join its dynamic team and support ongoing enterprise software initiatives. This role offers exposure to real-world business systems like SAP, Concur, and OneStream, while contributing to audits, testing, and process improvements across global operations.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Review current enterprise software processes and suggest practical improvements
- Assist in gathering requirements and facilitating functional discussions
- Support testing phases including SIT and UAT for various application projects
- Help ensure system compliance and assist with annual audit prep
- Coordinate user access reviews and monitor access control standards
- - Learn and apply automation techniques to close process or reporting gaps
- Prepare documentation to support IT governance activities
- Work with cross-functional teams on application-related tasks
Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Business IT, IT Security, or related fields
- Strong team player with good collaboration and communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and offer logical solutions
- Comfortable communicating with users in English (Chinese a plus)
- Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision
