What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured market research on office, logistics, residential and other real estate asset classes to guide investment insights and opportunity screening.
- Build and review financial projections to assess the viability of potential acquisitions, helping the team understand value drivers and risks.
- Assist in preparing internal investment papers and transaction materials, including summaries, presentations and sections for investment memos.
- Coordinate due diligence documents and liaise with internal teams to ensure data accuracy throughout the deal process.

Requirements
