Overview
This internship provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple Human Resource functions. Interns will support recruitment, learning & development, employee benefits, HR reporting, and office management initiatives, allowing them to develop practical skills in people management, communication, and organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Support administration of internal and external training programs and learning initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits, leave records, and respond to HR-related queries.
- Generate and analyze HR data, prepare reports, manuals, and presentations.
- Collaborate on office events, regional meetings, and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Provide general office support and help maintain employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labour regulations; prior HR internship experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, confidentiality, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months, with longer durations preferred.
