Key Responsibilities
- Support strategy and planning for multiple business initiatives, including balance sheet optimization, customer tiering, and senior sponsorship programs.
- Assist with marketing support and reporting, including designing toolkits, gathering branch data, analyzing regional performance, and preparing presentations.
- Enhance business development through effective communication between branches, product offices, and regional teams.
- Participate in deal screening processes, focusing on profitability, capital allocation, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis, track portfolio data, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Support the Business Intelligence and analytics team in data preparation and analysis.
- Provide insights to support business strategy and regional penetration initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and desire to deliver high-quality outputs.
