Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in improving functional efficiency and transforming the finance function
- Support initiatives to optimize people, processes, and systems in financial organizations
- Analyze business operations, financial performance, and reporting processes
- Contribute to client presentations, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions
- Help implement change management strategies aligned with clients’ strategic objectives
- Assist in business development and project planning activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Accountancy, or related fields
- Strong numerical skills and understanding of financial performance analysis in financial or insurance sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with teams from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to build credibility quickly, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs
- Commitment to a full-time internship of at least 10 weeks, from May to July 2026
