Key Responsibilities
- Learn to oversee quay-side activities and vessel operations safely and efficiently
- Support container yard management, including allocation and movement of equipment
- Coordinate and supervise equipment specialists to ensure smooth operational flow
- Assist in resource planning to meet service targets and operational deadlines
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in daily operations
- Prepare operational reports and updates for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Local polytechnic diploma or GCE A levels with at least 2 H1 and 2 H2 credits
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and in an active outdoor environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic operational setting
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations
