Overview
This 12-month traineeship places you in L’Oréal’s Regional Content & Advocacy team, where you’ll help shape how the SAPMENA region (South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa) tracks influencers, trends, and digital impact. You’ll work closely with multiple markets, supporting data-driven content strategies and building reporting tools that guide brand decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the region’s relationship with Traackr and ensure smooth usage across teams
- Serve as the contact point for countries needing help with creator or content data
- Run tool trainings to upskill both internal teams and external agencies
- Analyse dashboards and provide clear recommendations to improve campaigns
- Maintain and update the Onefluence Learning Hub to support country learning
- Develop and strengthen a regional best-practices community
- Produce monthly Share of Influence, Compliance and Content & Advocacy reports
- Create weekly or bi-weekly social trend summaries for SAPMENA
- Track cultural, consumer and creator trends to inform strategy
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with less than one year of full-time work experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and large datasets
- Creative thinker with solid organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot patterns
- Familiar with PowerBI or similar reporting tools (a bonus)
- Clear written and verbal communicator
