Overview
This finance internship offers the chance to work closely with the regional Business Performance team at Siemens Healthineers. You’ll support financial planning, dashboard maintenance, and business review preparation while gaining exposure to how a global medtech company manages its regional performance data. Starting 15 December 2025, this four-month role is ideal for students eager to apply classroom finance concepts to real business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and refresh digital finance dashboards to ensure reports stay accurate and up to date
- Consolidate and format data for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Support SG&A and FTE planning by coordinating templates and validating submitted information
- Assist with Related-Party Transaction checks to ensure compliance across entities
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and prepare insights for the Business Performance Controller
- Help streamline reporting processes by organising datasets and improving documentation
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand operational requirements and reporting needs
Requirements
- Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Comfortable working with data and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Bonus if you’ve used Power BI, Power Query, or other Power Platform tools
- Able to communicate clearly and ask questions when needed
- Adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Works well both independently and in group projects
