Overview
IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Finance Intern to support the Director of Finance for New Hotel Openings across SEAK & JAPAC. This internship provides hands-on exposure to pre-opening financial operations, project coordination, budget management, and process improvement initiatives in a global hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare pre-opening budgets and monitor monthly budget execution with hotel teams
- Support accounts receivable collection processes
- Contribute to initiatives to streamline finance processes and ensure compliance
- Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and support process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or Hospitality Management (final-year students preferred)
- Prior internship experience in hotel management, accounting, or real estate consulting is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Creative problem-solving and idea generation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
