Overview
Lenovo is seeking a Treasury Operations Intern to support global treasury functions across its subsidiaries. This role offers hands-on experience in payment verification, foreign exchange reconciliation, treasury reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to global treasury practices, analytical tools, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support treasury operations, including payment verification and transaction checks
- Perform trade verification and reconciliation of foreign exchange transactions
- Maintain and update banking master databases
- Assist in preparing treasury management reports and analytics
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency using technology
- Participate in treasury improvement projects and document processes, policies, and workflows
- Fulfill ad hoc duties as assigned by the treasury team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (full-time MBA students also eligible)
- Full-time availability for a 6-month internship starting Dec 2025 or Jan 2026
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to adapt to cross-time-zone work as needed
- Critical and strategic thinking skills for solving complex problems
