Key Responsibilities
- Support daily WHS activities on-site, including inspections, briefings, and audit follow-ups
- Assist in incident investigations and help identify root causes and corrective actions
- Analyse WHS data to spot trends, risks, and operational improvement opportunities
- Contribute to ergonomic, injury-prevention, or risk-reduction project workstreams
- Help refine safety procedures and coordinate training sessions for associates
- Participate in WHS meetings and share updates on ongoing initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support site compliance
- Collaborate with operations and WHS teams to strengthen safety culture across the facility
Requirements
- Currently in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s degree
- Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship in 2026
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with data; Excel knowledge is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Eligible to work in Singapore
