Overview
Join UOB’s Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team and gain firsthand exposure to how large organisations raise funds through bonds and fixed-income products. As an intern, you’ll support bankers as they analyse markets, prepare deal materials and coordinate transaction processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends, bond issuances and investor behaviour to support deal planning
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, transaction summaries and internal reports
- Help evaluate corporate credit profiles by analysing financial statements
- Track regional economic developments and prepare concise daily or weekly updates
- Support the team during live deal execution, including documentation review and coordination
- Maintain internal databases and ensure information is kept accurate and current
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions on market opportunities and client strategies
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
- Comfortable working with numbers and conducting financial research
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Curious, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prior coursework in corporate finance or capital markets is helpful
