Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and manage a creative team to deliver high-quality design, photography, and multimedia outputs.

- Oversee production processes, post-production workflows, and technical requirements for digital and traditional marketing assets.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including media, UI/UX designers, and senior leaders.
- Travel internationally as required for shoots, campaigns, and collaborative initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conceptual creative work, art direction, and graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse projects including brand campaigns, activations, digital content, motion graphics, print, and social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, editorial, photography, multimedia, and creative production workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere, After Effects) and motion graphics animation.
- Knowledge of social media, emerging digital formats, and creative trends.
- Experience developing creative strategies for multiple markets, including international regions.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel internationally when necessary.
