The Singapore office plays a pivotal role in global oil trading and financial operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time, 6-month Assistant Accountant Intern to join our Singapore office. You will support day-to-day accounting operations and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, invoice management, account reconciliation, and audit support.
Location: Singapore | Duration: 6 months | Work Arrangement: On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations, including invoice processing and record-keeping
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reconciliations
- Support audit processes and financial analysis activities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with headquarters and clients in China
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus
